Enchanted Earth is more than just a shop, it’s a little piece of our family, created from our love of all things curious, unusual, whimsical, and magical. What started as a shared dream has grown into something we’re excited to build together, one treasure at a time.
We are a family owned and operated small business, and every part of Enchanted Earth is filled with pieces of our personalities, our creativity, and the things we love. From unique curiosities and enchanting finds to our magical Whimsigoth Scoops, we love searching for those special little treasures that you just can't live without.

Here is all the information you need to know about shipping, returns, and filming. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us via email.
When it ships
Every scoop is packed by hand. Your order confirmation email gives the exact date we plan to ship by. It is usually no more than 5 to 10 business days out, and typically much sooner. If a busy week puts us behind, we will email you before that date passes.
U.S. shipping is free on orders of $50 or more. Orders under $50 have a flat $5.95 shipping fee. Orders being shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will have an added $8.95 Alaska & Hawaii shipping fee on every shipment. All shipments come with a tracking number, which will be emailed to you once your order ships.
We ship anywhere in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship outside the U.S., to U.S. territories, or to APO/FPO military addresses as of now.
What we can and cannot take back
If a product purchased from our product page (excludes scoop orders) arrives broken, damaged, wrong, or not as described, we will take care of it. Send a photo within 7 days of delivery along with an email describing the issue. We will replace it with the same or a similar item, or refund it in full, whichever you prefer. You may be asked to return some items, so we appreciate you holding onto it until things are sorted. Anything purchased from the products page can be returned within 14 days of delivery if you change your mind, as long as it is in new, unused condition. Email us first for the return instructions. Return shipping is on you unless the return is our mistake. We suggest getting a tracking number, because we are not responsible for packages we do not receive. Change-of-mind refunds cover the product price only and not the shipping. Refunds will be processed after the item is received back and inspection is complete.
Once shipped, Scoops are final sale: no returns, exchanges or refunds. The mystery is the magic, and what's inside changes with our stock. But if something inside arrives broken, you get fewer pieces than promised, or your Scoop never arrives, we'll make it right with a replacement. Follow the above procedure for any issues.
Your packing video
Choose filming when you order if you would like us to record your items being selected and packed. We post the video on our social media when your order ships. Your first name, order number and items may appear publicly. We may also use the video, clips or photos on our website and social media to promote the shop. We do not show your last name, notes, address, email address or payment details. We do not email the video or a link. Filming is optional, and you must be at least 18.
To withdraw permission, email enchantedearthtx@earthfulfillments.com. We will stop using the footage and remove it from our website and accounts we control within 3 business days. Copies shared by other people may remain. Withdrawing permission does not refund the fee once your order has been filmed. Earlier orders and filming selections keep their original permissions.

Facebook and Instagram messages work too but email is best for keeping track when orders are involved.
